location staff overall lovely
Was upgraded ( had to pay) because the room assigned to us was too small for two twin beds. The view- AC motors and a wall. I am claustrophobic, couldn’t stay there.
Location of the hotel
We loved being in Marleybone. The neighborhood has great shopping and restaurants. Good bed, pillows, linen, internet. Friendly, helpful staff.

Location is perfect
The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The location is amazing and the access to the gym and other amenities were nice. I especially liked the Guest Lounge which was bright and sunny, not crowded and quiet, with small areas to have a coffee or enjoy a book.
The location was perfect, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The room was stylish, comfortable, and spotless. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options.

The hotel is situated in a privileged location in Marylebone, within short walking distance to a diverse and exciting range of restaurants and shops. Access to the London Underground (Bond St Station) is also within short walking distance. Athletic facilities are superb, as is the gastronomic offer in the hotel itself - a very pleasant scene populated by locals as much as visitors. The staff is very attentive and careful, offering very good advice and recommendations on everything from transportation to entertainment. The hotel is a pure delight.
Nice facilities, gym etc… location
I love the location of this hotel - right in the middle of Marylebone and easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Rooms are small but if you are ok with cosy then you will love it - plus if you plan on being out a lot it doesn’t matter anyway. Also in the middle of London you have to expect small!

It’s a quiet central location so would be good for those wanting to visit London All the staff were very helpful & friendly. The small welcome pack in room was appreciated including the chocolate eggs but for £300 per night I would have liked a bowl of fruit and bottle of wine.
